How it works
A galvanised or powder-coated T-bar grid hangs from the slab on adjustable hangers, and acoustic tiles drop into the grid from below. Every tile lifts out individually, so the void above — cabling, ductwork, sprinklers — stays fully accessible after the ceiling is in.
Where it suits
Offices, corridors, healthcare and retail back-of-house — anywhere the ceiling void needs to stay serviceable, or a single damaged tile needs to be swapped without disturbing the rest of the ceiling.
Build & finish
Grid module set to the room (typically 600×600 mm or 600×1200 mm), mineral-fibre, fabric-wrapped or perforated-metal tiles rated to the required NRC, levelled and installed by our team in Dubai.
